My dear friends,

All the very best of a fresh New Year to you, your family and friends.  May you find many adventures in the books you read, the music you play, the poetry you recite and the miles you travel.

I am glad that we are sharing the path together.

Happy New Year 2017,

    • Happy happy New Year, my dear friend. Four days into the New Year and we are looking forward to a snowstorm this weekend. Vancouver is usually green so all of the photographers are out to document the event. Your comments always bring a smile to my day. Many hugs!!!

      • Brrrrrr. Two workers have been helping me on a project, and this afternoon the rains kicked off a serious start to the rainy season… By sunset, it seemed cold, brrr, maybe 65 or 70 degrees F – ha, I would be miserable there even if it’s a beautiful blanket of snow!

Stay warm and enjoy the change of scenery!

    • Happy New Year!!! All the very best for 2017. I am looking forward to the many conversations and adventures that are waiting for us. This is our 6th year of friendship – that is the best celebration of all!

  1. Thank you for your New Year message. I am so fortunate to have you in my life and in my daily conversations about so many things including books, art, poetry, music, and, of most of all the miles we travel together. Each and every day is important, how fortunate to have each day filled with God’s presence, His love, His sunshine and His interest in the moments He give us.

    • We are on the grandest adventure. I am looking forward to the many great conversations and adventures that will come in 2017. Happy, Happy New Year! Thank you for your support and encouragement through the years…

  2. A very happy new year to you and the boys! Wishing you a peaceful and joyful 2017 – we look forward to continuing this fabulous journey with you. 💕💖💜❤💚🎉 xxx

    • We are celebrating our 6th New Year’s together. I was think about all the exciting events that are happening in Edinburgh for Hogmanay. We will be there with you in “spirit.” Just think, tonight we will all be singing a Scottish song.

      Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
      And never brought to mind?
      Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And days of auld lang syne?
And days of auld lang syne, my dear,
And days of auld lang syne.
      Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And days of auld lang syne?

    • Thank you, Mandy!! This is our 6th New Year’s celebration together. I am looking forward to all the conversations that are waiting for us in 2016. Many hugs and love coming your way.

  3. Thank you, Rebecca. Happy New Year to you too. May your year be filled with magic and miracles. Love and blessings across the miles ♥♥♥
